"No, he’s still not in Ukraine… A court order for his arrest has now been obtained. Now, through the Prosecutor General’s Office, the question of his extradition is being resolved. This decision is to be taken by a Russian court on the basis of our documents," he said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Thursday.
Mohyliov said that court hearings on this issue would be held in Russia soon.
"We will try [to bring him to Ukraine] as soon as possible," he said.
