Ukrainian billionaire Viktor Pinchuk, who has given at least $13.1 million to the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation since 2006, denies using his connections to influence a trade dispute case in the United States in which his Interpipe company is accused of dumping products in America. In September, Bill and Hillary Clinton spoke at the annual Yalta European Strategy forum he hosts in Crimea.
