Ukraine's delegation to the U.N. boycotted Russian President Vladimir Putin's speech on Sept. 28 afternoon, a day after Russian delegates walked out during Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko's address to the assembly, Ukrainian state news agency Ukrinform reports.
