Odesa Regional Council confirms death of its official in plane crash in Donetsk

ODESA – Odesa Regional Council has officially confirmed the death of its staff member in Wednesday's plane crash in Donetsk.

Condolences on the death of Valeriy Babkov, an advisor to the
chairman of Odesa Regional Council, were posted on the official Web site
of the legislature.
