ODESA – Mena penal colony No. 91 in Chernihiv region, which is intended for former law enforcement officers, is ready to receive former interior minister Yuriy Lutsenko.

“This is a special institution with multiple levels of security,”
Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Valeria Lutkovska told
reporters at a press conference in Odesa on Wednesday, Aug. 29, adding that the
issue of providing medical care for Lutsenko in the colony is currently
settled.
