OSCE deputy chief monitor to Ukraine to visit Donbas on Feb. 15

DONETSK - Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Deputy Chief Monitor to Ukraine Alexander Hug plans to visit Donbas on Feb. 15, the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine reports.

The plans, however, could yet change, the press service told journalists on Feb. 12.
