MINSK - The security subgroup of the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine has demanded that the ceasefire in Donbas be observed in full, said Martin Sajdik, who represents the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) at Minsk talks.

Sajdik told journalists on Feb. 10, that at its meeting the security subgroup called for the warring sides to fully observe the ceasefire and stick to the schedule for the removal of heavy weapons, tanks and mortar launchers.

The number of ceasefire breaches has increased over the past few days, he said.

The growing number of breaches is due to the weapons the parties were to have removed, Sajdik said.
