The Trilateral Contact Group in Minsk has discussed an opportunity to invite international environmental specialists under the OSCE aegis to assess the situation at some industrial enterprises located in the certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions beyond Kyiv's control.

This was written by said Darka Olifer, press secretary for Ukrainian presidential envoy to the group Leonid Kuchma, on her Facebook account following the results of the group’s meeting in Minsk.

She said the matter mainly concerns Stirol chemical plant in Horlivka, the coalmines Holubivska and Pervomaiska in Luhansk Oblast, as well as the Yuny Kommunar coalmine in Donetsk Oblast.
