"Yulia Tymoshenko has categorically declined the proposal that she be examined by [Health Ministry] specialists and receive the recommended treatment, including conservative and rehabilitating, and insisted on inpatient treatment at the Charite clinic in Germany," the document says.

The document also says that Tymoshenko’s health status is satisfactory. "Her conscience is clear, contacts productive, she is moving around the room using a walking frame, and gradually expanding her motion abilities," the report says.

The paper also mentions that Tymoshenko refused to undergo medical examination on March 12 and that she was informed of the conclusions made based on her examination by the members of an international medical panel on March 7.
