People are being evacuated in Kyiv's Dniprovsky district due to the detection of excessive concentrations of mercury in soil and water, the press office of the State Service on Emergency Situations has reported.
As of noon on Sept. 11 an excess concentration of this metal was detected in the area adjacent to the Radical Plant enterprise.
