You're reading: Poll: Four parties pass to parliament, one-third of Ukrainians satisfied with life

More than half of Ukrainians (58%) are not satisfied with their life, according to a survey conducted by Research & Branding Group.

According to the poll, the results of which were announced on Saturday, only 36% of Ukrainians are satisfied with their life.

At present 71% of Ukrainians are ready to take part in voting during
the parliamentary elections, 14% of respondents have not decided on
whether they will vote or not, and 15% of respondents said they are not
likely to participate in voting.

If the elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine take place in the
near future, four political forces would overcome the 5% threshold. Some
21% of all the polled persons and 27% of those who will definitely or
probably participate in the elections are ready to vote for the Regions
Party.

Some 15.4% of all the polled persons and 20.4% of those who will
definitely or probably participate in the elections are ready to vote
for the Batkivschyna Party.

Some 11.4% of all the polled persons and 13.4% of those who will
definitely or probably participate in the elections are ready to vote
for Vitali Klitschko’s UDAR Party.

Some 8.6% of all the polled persons and 10.9% of those who will
definitely or probably participate in the elections are ready to vote
for the Communist Party of Ukraine.

Some 3.4% of all the polled persons and 4.5% of those who will
definitely or probably participate in the elections are ready to vote
for the Svoboda Party.

Some 3% of all the polled persons and 3.7% of those who will
definitely or probably participate in the elections are ready to vote
for Natalia Korolevska’s Ukraine-Forward! Party.

The data were collected from August 23 to September 5, 2012 through a
method of personal interviewing in 24 regions of Ukraine and Crimea. A
total of 3,116 respondents were polled. The expected average margin of
error is 2%.
