Poroshenko reports agreement in Paris on OSCE SMM access to entire territory of Donbas

The leaders of the "Normandy four" countries in the negotiations in Paris on Friday agreed that the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) should be granted access to the entire territory of the Donbas, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said.

“Point one: the OSCE should now have unimpeded access to the entire occupied territory and access to the border,” he told reporters after the meeting.
