Kyiv is ready to restore economic relations with Donbas provided that it fully controls the Ukrainian-Russian border, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said.
“We are ready to restore all economic relations with the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk when Ukraine restores control over the external border,” the president said in his annual message delivered at the Verkhovna Rada on June 4.
