Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko will arrive at the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) of Ukraine to give testimony as part of an investigation in crimes committed against Euromaidan activists in January-February 2014 after he is officially summoned, presidential press secretary Svyatoslav Tsegolko said.

“If the PGO officially invites for testimony [in the Euromaidan case], the president will of course testify,” Tsegolko said in a comment to Interfax-Ukraine on August 8 evening.

Answering a question about if a summons has already been issued, Tsegolko said that “it’s the PGO to announce.”
