Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered prompt solutions to the main problems associated with assistance to refugees from Ukraine.
The president said the problem is becoming increasingly large-scale and “needs attention and serious resources.”
“It’s summer now, it’s warm, but in a couple of months […] People
cannot be left [without assistance],” Putin said during a meeting with
Mikhail Fedotov, the head of the presidential human rights council, on July 29.
