VLADIVOSTOK – The issue of sovereignty over Crimea is historically closed, there is no way to return to the previous system, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said.
“The people of Crimea have made the decision and voted. The question is historically closed,” Putin said at a plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum.
“There is no return to the previous system, it does not exist at all,” the Russian president said.
