A report says a Ukrainian man who allegedly served as a commander of a Nazi military unit in World War II has been found living in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The Associated Press says its investigation found that 94-year-old Michael Karkoc served as a top commander in the Ukrainian Self-Defense Legion, a Nazi SS-led military unit.
