Donetsk regional election commission has received over 50% of the protocols from the polling stations in Donetsk regional, Donetsk Regional Election Commission Head Lina Nikolenko has told Interfax-Ukraine.
According to the preliminary data, the Regions Party has won about 60% of the vote at the election to Donetsk Regional Council with half of ballots counted. The Communist Party received from 6% to 7%, and Strong Ukraine 3%.
Nikolenko said the voter turnout in Donetsk region was about 45%.
