BRUSSELS – The matter of issuing weapons to employees of the OSCE special monitoring mission in Donbas cannot be resolved immediately, the situation requires examination, the organization's secretary general, Lamberto Zannier, told reporters.
“The decision will be taken by consensus, and it is not an issue that can be solved immediately,” he said.
According to him, this matter is under discussion.
