According to the department, revenues to the national budget of Ukraine amounted to more than UAH 3 billion. Compared to the previous year, additional UAH 1.2 billion was collected, the rate of growth was 161.5%. A significant increase was achieved through increasing VAT revenues by UAH 542.4 million, profit tax incomes by UAH 374.6 million, royalties for gas condensate produced in Ukraine by UAH 131 million, royalties for natural gas extracted in Ukraine by UAH 22.3 million, royalties for oil extracted in Ukraine by UAH 19.2 million, royalties for subsoil use by UAH 33 million, fees for the development of viticulture, horticulture and hop growing by UAH 13.7 million.

In 2011, some UAH 3.8 billion came to the local budgets of Crimean cities and regions, which is UAH 474 million up on 2010. The largest rise in revenues compared to the previous year was achieved through increasing revenues on individuals’ income taxes by UAH 251 million, excise duties by UAH 212.6 million, and payments for land by UAH 50.6 million.
