“The voting cards of those who are not present in the session hall and who are not registered should be blocked,” he said at a meeting of the parliament’s conciliatory council in Kyiv on Wednesday.

He noted that if MPs are late and their cards are blocked, this problem could be resolved through the parliament’s secretariat, and the cards will be unblocked.

He also noted that the issue of personal voting of MPs should be completed and added that he supports the proposal of introducing the Rada-3 electronic voting system.
