The husband of former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko, Oleksandr Tymoshenko, who was granted political asylum in the Czech Republic, has a house and own business in the country, according to the Television Service of News (TSN, Channel 1+1).

According to the channel, 12 years ago Oleksandr Tymoshenko purchased a house in the Lidice elite microdistrict, which was confirmed by his neighbors.

In addition, according to the register of legal entities of the Czech Republic, the firm of Oleksandr Tymoshenko, International Industrial Projects, was registered in an apartment in a building in the town of Ústí nad Labem that is 100 kilometers far from Prague. According to the documents, the company is engaged in commercial operations, but for now its doors are closed, reports TSN.

One of the co-owners of the firm belonging to Oleksandr Tymoshenko is Czech citizen Vlastimil Prokes, who lives in the village of Velke Brezno.

As reported, the Interior Ministry of the Czech Republic has recently granted political asylum to Oleksandr Tymoshenko, satisfying his request.
