Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko demands that the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, debate a draft resolution on no confidence in her government at its Tuesday's meeting.

"I insist that the Verkhovna Rada should consider tomorrow the issue of the government’s dismissal," she said while opening a special meeting of the government in Kyiv on Mar. 1.

As reported, last week Tymoshenko called on the parliament to consider the draft motion on the government’s resignation, initiated by the Party of Regions, led by President-Elect Victor Yanukovych.
