A bus carrying representatives of a tent camp that was set up in Kyiv in support of former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko has arrived at the building of the Kachanivska penal colony in Kharkiv, according to the press service of the Kyiv branch of the Batkivschyna Party.

The delegation of Tymoshenko’s supporters is being led by MP Yuriy Odarchenko.

The ex-premier’s supporters are planning to hold a peaceful demonstration and a briefing for journalists.

As reported, Kharkiv Administrative Court banned the Batkivschyna Party to set up campaign tents near Kachanivska Penal Colony No. 54 in Kharkiv, in which Tymoshenko is currently held. Kharkiv City Council earlier asked the court to ban the mounting of campaign tents near the colony.

On Wednesday, January 4, Tymoshenko’s supporters set up two tents of the Batkivschyna Party near the Kachanivska penal colony.
