The State Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) acting with the police, has detained three militants of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics terrorist organizations in the area of the Anti-Terrorist Operation, Andriy Lysenko, administration spokesman for ATO issues, said at a briefing in Kyiv on Saturday, UNIAN reports.
