Ukrainian prime ministerial candidate Arseniy Yatseniuk is calling on the signatories to the Budapest Memorandum to guarantee Ukraine's territorial integrity.
“Ukraine is calling on all signatories of the Budapest Memorandum to
guarantee Ukraine’s security and territorial integrity,” Yatseniuk said
at a parliamentary plenary session on Feb. 27.
