There could be a revision of Ukraine's state budget for this year before the end of this month, Finance Minister Oleksandr Shlapak said during a government meeting on Wednesday.

Until that is done, he said, the ministry will refrain from allocating money for capital expenditures.

“We can return [after the adoption of a revised budget] to the
question of in what manner and in what volume we can finance at least
some capital expenditures in 2014,” Shlapak said.
