In frames of the dismantlement they will take to pieces the Central Department Store building but for the font facades, built in 1939, on Khreschatyk Street and Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Street, which will be reinforced, restored, and left intact.

To preserve the facades they will mount steel structures fixing the facades for the whole duration of reconstruction.

The reconstruction project envisages deployment of the diamond cutting method, which ensures lower noise level and vibration during the dismantlement, compared with the conventional ones.

The company will reconstruct the building without appearing to do so.

ESTA Group closed the facility for reconstruction on February 1, 2012 after the expiration of the contracts with its tenants.

ESTA Holding was founded in 2008 by the System Capital Management company (Donetsk) for implementation of real-estate projects.
