You're reading: Ukrainian-US group discusses rule of law in Washington

A meeting of the Ukrainian-U.S. working group on political dialog and the rule of law took place in Washington on Nov. 14.

This is according to Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych’s order of Nov. 11 regarding the composition of a Ukrainian delegation for participation in this meeting.

The delegation was led by Presidential Adviser and Head of the Main Department for Constitutional and Legal Modernization at the Presidential Administration Maryna Stavniychuk.

The delegation also included Deputy Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin, government commissioner for the European Court of Human Rights Valeriya Lutkovska, and Deputy Head of the Main Department for Constitutional and Legal Modernization at the Presidential Administration Oleksandr Ilko.
