You're reading: Ukrainian who sold military information to Czech diplomats sentenced to four years in prison

Solomiansky District Court in Kyiv has found a former senior engineer guilty of selling secret military information to the employees of the Czech Embassy in Ukraine.

Interfax-Ukraine learned on July 16 that the sentence was passed on June 6 under Part 2, Article 330 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (the transfer or collection of confidential information, which is owned by the state).

The Ukrainian was sentenced to four years in prison.

At the same time, the court’s decision has been appealed against.
