The activists of the Crimea blockade have agreed to unblock access for power engineers to the destroyed 220 kV Kakhovska-Titan power line in Ukraine's Kherson region, which has been transmitting power to Crimea, Head of NEC Ukrenergo Vsevolod Kovalchuk wrote on Facebook.
