The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine is checking whether Russia’s FSB security service and Vladimir Surkov, the adviser to President Putin, influenced decision-making regarding the use of force against the Maidan protesters, head of the special investigations department of the PGO Serhiy Horbatiuk has said in an interview with RFE/RL.
