 An International Monetary Fund bailout program for Ukraine should go to the IMF's executive board for approval in late April or early May, the head of the world's emergency lender said April 10. The IMF reached an interim deal in late March with Ukraine's pro-Western government to provide up to $18 billion in emergency loans to help the Eastern European nation avert a financial collapse.
