Moody's Investors Service downgraded its rating on Ukraine one notch further into junk territory, pointing to a deterioration of the European country's institutional strength amid poor policy predictability and reduced data transparency.

Moody’s cut Ukraine’s government bond rating to B3, six notches into junk territory, from B2. The outlook remains negative.
