Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has signed a decree appointing Oleksandr Pinsky as deputy minister for economic development and trade.

The decree, No. 590/2012 of October 9, has been posted on the Web site of the head of state.

Pinsky has served as first deputy minister for industrial policy and
head of the agency for the military-industrial complex since January
2009 before the Industrial Policy Ministry was disbanded in accordance
with a presidential decree of December 9, 2010 regarding the
optimization of the system of central executive government agencies.
