Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has reassured United States Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland that he is open to dialogue with the opposition and supports a swift constitutional reform in compliance with all the procedures necessary in the preparation of the fundamental law.
Yanukovych made these reassurances at his meeting with Nuland in Kyiv on Feb. 6, his press office said.
