President Viktor Yanukovych on Nov. 3 in Donetsk praised the lack of systematic violations during the local elections on October 31.
"Overall, it is good that there were no systematic violations. This is emphasized by international observers and the police," he told reporters.
According to the president, the election did not differ from those in all other countries: "There were those satisfied and dissatisfied, winners and losers. That is life. "
