The current hryvnia exchange rate is in line with the current economic situation in the country, according to Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk.

“The exchange rate we have now and 10% upward or downward is in line
with the current economic situation,” he said on the Inter TV channel
late on Sunday.

The premier said that the hryvnia exchange rate will stabilize when
Ukraine receives the first tranche of its new loans from the
International Monetary Fund (IMF) in early May.

He also predicted that next two years Ukraine would be able to see economic growth.
