Kyiv Zhuliany International Airport in late October will open a temporary terminal, Terminal D, for domestic flights, which is located 50 meters from the existing Terminal A for international flights.

According to the press service of the airport, Terminal D, with an
area of 3,200 square meters, will include 12 check-in counters, a
baggage island, five gates for boarding, business halls, booking
offices, and two restaurants.

After the opening of new Terminal D, all domestic flights that are at
present served at the old Terminal B and new Terminal A, will be
transferred there. The capacity of the temporary terminal is up to
400,000 people for arrival/departure a year.

The airport plans in the future to construct a new terminal for
domestic flights, expand international Terminal A, and construct a
hangar complex and a hotel. Currently the airport is expanding the
parking lot by 50 parking spaces.

Kyiv Zhuliany International Airport is among the five largest Ukrainian airports in terms of passenger traffic.
