Russian President Vladimir Putin send letter to authorities in Moldova, Romania, Turkey, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Macedonia, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Bulgaria, Austria, and Italy claiming that Russia played integral role in improving Ukraine's economy for the last four years.
