Donetsk – Ukrainian businessman Rinat Akhmetov has proposed that protesters create a group to conduct the talks with the representatives of law enforcement agencies so as to prevent the use of force in Donetsk.

“I’ll ask for no storming [of the regional administration] to occur…
Donbass is Ukraine,” he said when he came to speak with pro-Russian
protesters in Donetsk on Tuesday night.

He underlined the necessity for the rallies holders to hold talks
with the Interior Ministry of Ukraine, a correspondent of
Interfax-Ukraine reported.

Afterwards Akhmetov took some activists for talks with a regional police.

On April, the building of the Donetsk region’s administration was still occupied by pro-Russian activists.
