Heavy artillery fire is heard in all districts of Donetsk on Friday evening, the official website of the city head and the city council reports.
“As of 18:30, the situation in the city is tense. Residents say they can hear heavy cannonade in all districts of the city,” the report says.
Thirty-three transformer substations in the Kyivsky district have also been shut down in emergency, and emergency crews have rushed to the scene to find out the reasons, it said.
