Kharkiv - Sunday night's explosion at the Stina rock pub in Kharkiv was a terror attack, the Kharkiv region prosecution service said on Nov. 10.

A criminal inquiry has been launched under part 2, article 258 of the Ukrainian Criminal Code (a terror attack with severe consequences).

The Kharkiv region department of the Ukrainian Security Service is carrying out the inquiry, and the Kharkiv region prosecution service is giving procedural guidance to the pretrial investigation.

Eleven people were hurt in the explosion. All of them were taken to city clinics, the report said.
