There is fighting in Donetsk on the territory of the settlement of Zhovtneve on July 31, the official website of the city mayor and the city council has reported.
“Active fighting in the territory of the village of the Zhovtneve Mine
in Donetsk as of 12:30 pm local time. The epicenter is Kremliovsky Avenue.
Residents of the Kyivsky and Kuibyshevsky districts clearly hear sounds
of explosions and shooting,” the report says. A sanitation truck was
damaged in the fighting. The driver survived.
