Moscow – The leadership of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic stands ready to clear Malaysian experts into the zone near Donetsk, where a Malaysian Boeing crashed, Alexander Zakharchenko, prime minister of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, told Interfax on Sept. 9.

“Of course, they must come, and we will clear them into the Boeing crash zone without any problems. We will guarantee their security and ask observers from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe to accompany them, thus guaranteeing their immunity,” Zakharchenko said.
