Paris - French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius, speaking on behalf of his German, Russian and Ukrainian counterparts, has urged the parties to the Ukrainian conflict to provide the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe) mission with full access to the weapon-removal zone in eastern Ukraine.
The four foreign ministers have called for the OSCE mission to be given full access so they can complete their mandate, especially as far as monitoring and confirmation of weaponry removal is concerned.
