You're reading: Four Ukrainian military injured in Maryinka district in Donbas over past 24 hours

Four servicemen of the Ukrainian armed forces have been injured as the Maryinka district in the Donetsk Oblast has been shelled over the past 24 hours; no civilians have been harmed, the Donetsk regional military-civilian administration said in a statement.

“Over the past 24 hours, the towns of Maryinka and Krasnohorivka in the Maryinka district have been shelled with heavy artillery weapons and small arms. As of 8:00 a.m. on August 20, it was known that four servicemen of the Ukrainian armed forces had been injured, and there were no injuries among civilians,” it said.

A total of 72 civilians have been killed in this district since July 11, 2014, it said.

No civilians have been harmed within the military operation area in the Donetsk Oblast over the past 24 hours, the Donetsk regional military-civilian administration said.
