Ukraine's Interior Ministry will study the issue of Stirolbiopharm's (formerly part of Stirol Concern, Horlivka, Donetsk region) involvement in support of anti-government militants in Donbas, Advisor to the Interior Ministry Anton Heraschenko has told reporters at a press conference in Kyiv.

“I think we’ll examine the issue when we fully liberate Horlivka. Currently we are working on sanctions against Ukrainian and foreign legal entities and individuals that promote terrorism. And I marked this moment as well – regarding Stirol and its involvement in this situation. If it passed medicines voluntarily – this is one thing, and if at gunpoint – the other matter. It is necessary to study each case,” he said.

As reported, after the liberation of Lysychansk Ukrainian military men discovered large stocks of medicines produced by Stirolbiopharm abandoned by retreating fighters.

According to mass media reports, Stirolbiopharm is controlled by Mykola Yankovsky.
