Berlin - All issues relating to the supply of Russian humanitarian aid to southeastern Ukraine have been fully resolved, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
“Eventually, all issues that were in many respects artificial, have now been resolved. Agreements have been reached with Ukraine and the International Committee of the Red Cross,” he told reporters on Aug. 18.
