The spokesman for the "Luhansk People's Republic", Volodymyr Inohorodskykh, has described the Ukrainian Armed Forces' action in Luhansk on June 2 as a "war crime".

“Today’s offensive is a war crime,” Inohorodskykh told reporters on June 1.

“Using combat aircraft in a civilian city, in broad daylight, when children are walking in the streets, without any warning is a war crime,” he said.
